Soon after I joined the company, I was given the title of “Chief." But it was up to me to discover for what I would be chief. At first, I thought it would be safe to start as chief organizer of staff parties.

It is only recently that I entered this world of intellectual property. I was attracted to this work of being a driving force to deliver newly-created inventions to Japan and the world, and decided to change careers.
For corporations, the process of making use of a university-invented technology requires a large investment, and it is thus a very important decision. I would like to polish my skills in intellectual property management and be a reliable partner to support those management decisions.

The first step for me is to help build up the excitement level in the company. In the future, I would like to be the chief of a technology transfer support team, and I would like to build up the excitement in this entire field of work.
