| I'm a new associate here at CASTI. In my last job I worked for a manufacturer in the chemicals industry. There I had the chance to be exposed to a wide variety of industries, from shipbuilding to pharmaceuticals and semiconductors. But the breadth and depth of this field of technology transfers are greater than I ever imagined before starting here. Every time I come across a new invention it makes my heart pound, and I feel like a teenager with a new infatuation. And every day I'm off to talk to business people about a new idea.
