I am working as a searcher at CASTI. "What's SEARCHER? Never heard of it!" These are common responses towards searcher. In fact, even me, I knew the word "searcher" few years ago when I started to think about a job transfer from real estate industry to intellectual property related field. Searcher's main responsibility is "Efficiently finding and providing intelligence out of huge amount of information". As my background is not science but politics, it is sometimes difficult but fresh & surprising to contact scientific inventions such as biotechnology, nano-technology or gene-engineering.

Although I am still "being on the road" as a searcher, I would like to gradually develop myself with a warm support from other CASTI members.
