Through a consulting agreement with Niels Reimers, the founder of Stanford University’s OTL (Office of Technology Licensing), I was able to pick up all sorts of know-how concerning relations with industry. The environment surrounding universities has changed greatly over the past few years and, in particular, the change to corporate status for the national universities has brought about drastic changes. From here on, I would like to build an even better model for industrial relations with the help of our dependable Members.
